I replaced the front bumper on my 2021 Tesla Model 3 about two years ago at this location and they did a phenomenal job. I was a happy customer. Well about three weeks ago I got rear ended in a parking lot and sure enough my rear bumper had to get replaced. Called All City Collision Burbank and spoke to Karo to get the process going. He was very nice and welcoming and he got started on the process right away. Throughout the repair, Karo and Kaitlyn kept me informed and as expected, I had absolutely no issues and no delays. Customer service was on point and car was in pristine condition when picked up. You could tell they are doing their absolute best and everyone is on the same page. The owner (Eric) was there when I picked up the car and he too is an awesome guy and made sure I was happy with the repair. The point I'm trying to get across is that even after two years, All City Collision has remained consistent as a premier body shop around the Los Angeles area and customer satisfaction is their number one priority. As I always say, I hope I won't have to be back, but if I ever need to, you best believe I'll take my car to them! - 11/18/2023

Highly recommend. They were always available to answer questions and I never waited on hold for too long on the phone. They were communicative with what stage my car was at with repairs.
